15/04/2024

Confey College, a co-educational post-primary community college in Leixlip, Co. Kildare, Ireland, is set to enhance its Junior Cycle curriculum by integrating Skilly's innovative self-reflective learning platform. This initiative aims to support students in developing essential life skills through structured self-reflection and skill tracking, particularly within the SPHE and Well-being programs.

Skilly's platform offers a digital environment for students to engage in self-assessment, allowing them to monitor their progress and identify areas for improvement. By embedding this tool into the daily learning experience, Confey College seeks to foster a culture of continuous personal growth and resilience among its students. Skilly will be deployed initially with the incoming 1st Years

This collaboration aligns with Confey College's commitment to providing a holistic education that prepares students for future challenges. By leveraging technology to promote self-awareness and personal development, the school continues to uphold its motto, "Meas ar Chách" or "Respect for all," ensuring that each student has the skills necessary for success beyond the classroom.
